Oral Interview
After the oral board interview, candidates will receive a score and two employment lists will be established: one with Denver high school graduates in rank order and the other list with all applicants in rank order. The applicants are then alternately selected from each list. At least 50% of each cadet class will be comprised of Denver High School graduates.
After the conditional job offer is made, the candidate will be required to undergo a medical exam at a city-owned occupational medical clinic and a drug screen paid for by the City.
