PROJECT BIDS WERE RECEIVED
On October 22, 2010, the City and County of Denver received contractor bids for the initial phase of the 56th Avenue corridor–the widening to 56th Avenue to six lanes from Spruce Street to Havana Street. Following award of the project to the successful bidder, construction of the improvements is anticipated to begin in early 2011.
