Pavement Reconstruction

Pavements that have progressed beyond their useful life are fully removed, the underlying soils are reconditioned and a new pavement section generally consisting of several layers of asphalt is placed.  The new section will last more than 25 years with regularly scheduled interim treatments to the top surface
