Public Health Inspection
Food Facilities

Our mission is to reduce the incidence of food borne disease in Denver food establishments.

We accomplish this through such activities as inspections, general and food borne disease complaint investigations, an aggressive industry partnership and educational effort, demonstrating proper food handling practices to restauranteers, and formal enforcement proceedings when warranted.

We regulate a wide variety of facilities, including restaurants, trucks, pushcarts, grocery stores, hospitals, temporary event food service, food manufacturers, food warehouses and food peddlers.
