Food Manufacturing
Food manufacturers must be licensed in the City of Denver, including slaughter houses, beverage plants, commercial bakeries, canners, bottlers, confectioneries, dairies, fish processors, etc. Inspection and regulatory responsibilities are shared with the State of Colorado, the United States Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration.
