"Show You Know" is a basic food safety information packet designed to help food service operators train their food handling staff on basic food safety issues. The program information is available in English, Chinese, Spanish and Vietnamese in printed form or on this website. A Russian version is available in printed form only. A copy was mailed to every food service establishment in the City and County of Denver in September 2000.
