Any establishment licensed to sell alcohol which offers or provides entertainment or dancing for its guests is required to obtain a cabaret license from the Department of Excise and Licenses except those specifically exempted by ordinance. The issuance and regulation of cabaret licenses is governed by Denver Revised Municipal Code Sections 6-31 through 6-64.
