Beginning no earlier than 6:00 p.m. in Room 450, City and County Building, 1437 Bannock Street, Denver, Colorado, the Council of the City and County of Denver will hold a public hearing at which all interested persons and citizens will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the following bill for an ordinance. Amends Chapter 18 of the Denver Revised Municipal Code to change the definition of compensation for the Denver Employees Retirement Plan (DERP) to exclude from the calculation of retirement the payments made pursuant to the Denver Health and Hospital Authority 2009 Incentive Retirement Program for incentive-eligible Authority employees. Amended 11-9-09 to correct a technical error to reference the appropriate section of the Revised Municipal Code pertaining to this matter.
