Welcome to the Treasury and Cash, Risk & Capital Funding Division
The Treasury Division consists of the Tax Compliance and Cash, Risk & Capital Funding Sections. The Tax Compliance Section is responsible for collecting and distributing all taxes collected for the City and County of Denver.

The Cash, Risk & Capital Funding Section is responsible for the City’s cash, investment and banking service relationships; the City’s direct obligations and its enterprises – including Denver International Airport; and the oversight of special district and conduit debt issuances within the City.
