Transit-Oriented Development: Re-shaping the Great American City
Thanks to all who turned out for the June 18th screening of this important documentary on Transit Oriented Development, produced by the American Institute of Architects, Denver Chapter!

Back to the Drawing Board...
At their FasTracks Monitoring Committee Meeting on Feb. 12th, RTD Board Members discussed the need to reexamine the proposed rail alignments for the Northwest, North Metro, and East Corridors due to stalled negotiations with the Union Pacific for use of their railroad right-of-way. RTD will also be revisiting the location for the commuter rail maintenance facility. Click

City staff is working closely with RTD's FasTracks team to map out the next steps, and will work to keep neighborhood stakeholders up to date.
