CSA NEWS AND EVENTS 2009 Goals Program   Applications Due December 19, 2008   The GOALS (Growth Opportunities and Leadership for Supervisors) Program is a one-year, competency based program designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of current City and County of Denver supervisors.   As participants in the GOALS program, City supervisors are introduced to best practices in performance management, develop skills associated with supervision, learn about the proper application of City policies, become better acquainted with useful City resources and create a peer network that will foster collaborative working relationships in the City.
