The Grievance Review Committee was established by the Career Service Board, in conjunction with recommendations from the New Denver HR Commission, in order to review the career service personnel system’s grievance and dispute resolution process. The committee will be dedicated to creating a dispute resolution process that assists employees in resolving workplace issues at the lowest possible level through an effective, efficient, fair and understandable process. Meetings are open to the public and we encourage all to attend.
