Young people who commit a crime in Denver may find they get a second chance to avoid a criminal record.  Eligible first-time offenders may qualify for the Juvenile Diversion Program.  Director Benita Martin and a former client join Denver DA Mitch Morrissey.
  
 
 
 
  • Diversion provides various behavior, family and community services that greatly reduce the chance that the juvenile will commit crime in the future.
