The 2009 Colorado legislation session that recently ended featured a number of criminal just measures.  This month we welcome State Representative Jerry Frangas from Denver to look at the hits and misses of the session with Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrisey.
  
 
 
 
  • Colorado lawmakers are in session for 120 days
  • Each bill in the Colorado General Assembly must have a sponsor
  • The General Assembly limits a legislator to introducing no more than 5 bills each session
  • The General Assembly may also consider resolutions, memorials and tributes in addition to legislation

A credit repair company says it can help restore my credit, but they want money up front.  Should I do it?

NO.  Avoid offers credit repair companies claiming they can save you money while requiring a payment upfront. Good financial planners need to review your records BEFORE advising you. Don’t send money to credit repair companies in order for them to send that money to your creditors. Do it yourself.
