Due to the importance of utilizing alternative transportation, the City participates in and subsidizes the cost of the Eco Pass program with the Regional Transportation District (RTD). The Eco Pass is a sticker that you use during your participation in the program, the sticker must be returned upon leaving the City or if no longer participating in the program.
Full-time City employees may enroll at anytime with no 12 month and the Eco Pass sticker can be picked up at time of enrollment from CSA Benefits.

Eco Pass is a decal, adhered to a City-issued ID badge. To enroll, eligible City employees can download the enrollment form and bring City-issued ID badge to the CSA Benefits office, located in the Webb Municipal Building, 6th Floor. Note: Employees located at Denver Human Services and Denver Public Library may obtain Eco Pass decal from the Human Resources office on-site.
