Delta Dental of Colorado is the dental provider for the City and County of Denver. Delta offers three plans through the City and County of Denver the Exclusive Panel option and two Delta Preferred Provider Options.

Delta Preferred Provider Option II (PPO) High
You have the option of obtaining services from a PPO (in-network) dentist or a non-PPO (non participating or Delta Premier network dentist) with a $2000 annual benefit.

- If you elect to use a non-PPO (Premier) dentist may incur higher out-of-pocket costs.

Delta Preferred Provider Option III (PPO) Low
- You have the option of obtaining services from a PPO (in-network) dentist or a non-PPO (non participating or Delta Premier network dentist) with a $1250 annual benefit.

Exclusive Panel Option (EPO)
- You make a copayment for covered services. Plan highlights include: $10 exams, fixed costs for all other procedures and no annual out-of-pocket maximum.
