Staff and leadership teams are essential in the planning and implementation of Denver’s EMS. Leaders also play a key role in creating awareness about how city operations interact with the environment.
EMS Management Team
Core Team Members
The purpose of the Core Team is to provide overall leadership, coordination and guidance for development, implementation, and certification of a city-wide EMS.
Focal Point Team Members
Divisions are not only represented by their Core Team Members, another important role is that of the Environmental Focal Point. Focal points are responsible for acting as a liaison with the EMS Core Team - gathering feedback on the development of the EMS, helping to communicate the roles and responsibilities identified in the EMS to department personnel, and maintaining awareness of project progress within their departments.
