MAYOR ANNOUNCES NEW ADDITION TO COMMUNICATIONS TEAM
Former Director to Guide Special Projects
 
Mayor John Hickenlooper has announced that Lindy Eichenbaum Lent is transitioning from her service as the administration’s communications director to a senior advisor and special projects role, and Marlena Fernández Berkowitz is joining the administration today as its new communications director.  
King Soopers Donates $46,000 to Denver’s Homeless Initiative
 Company Matches Dollars Raised from Community
 
Russ Dispense, president of King Soopers, has announced that the grocery chain will match dollar for dollar and penny for penny the $22,933.94 raised through customer donations for Denver’s Road Home, the city’s Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness.  The grand total, combining King Soopers’ company donation with that of their customers, will be $45,867.88.
