Top Headlines Tuesday, October 14, 2008 | 49 ° Mostly Cloudy   CITY CRIME CONTINUES DECLINE   The Denver Police Department and the Office of the Manager of Safety are reporting that crime in Denver is continuing its decline though 2007.  Citywide reported Crime is down 11.4% from January through July of 2007, compared to 2006.   There is a decrease in every major crime category.
