First-time homebuyers in many parts of the Denver metro area can now get a 4% down payment assistance grant and 5.95% 30-year fixed rate mortgage through the Metro Mortgage Assistance program led by the City and County of Denver and the Metro Mayors Caucus.

NEW DIRECTOR OF STREET MAINTENANCE NAMED First female for the position in the history of Denver’s Public Works
Denver's Public Works announced today their selection for the new Director of Street Maintenance, Kelly Duffy. As the Director of Street Maintenance, Duffy will be responsible for close to 200 employees, budgets totaling over $30 million and the numerous and diverse projects and services in the City and County of Denver assigned to Street Maintenance.
