The Pay-by-Phone parking alternative allows drivers to call in with their credit card information, allowing them to bypass the parking kiosks. Denver Census 2010 Campaign Launched Everyone Counts the Same.  This is the message in Denver as the city’s Complete Count Committee gears up for the 2010 Census – less than one year away.
