Denver City HallMayor John Hickenlooper announced Friday his appointment of Amy Mueller to the position of deputy chief of staff and the appointment of LaCharles Keesee II as deputy chief operating officer, both beginning on January 2, 2007.
 
 “These appointments add outstanding strategic planning, management, operational and financial experience to our team that will serve Denver citizens and City employees extremely well,” Hickenlooper said. “We look forward to the ideas and energy they will bring to our initiatives.”
