The plan includes programmatic savings, personnel cuts, revenue enhancements and use of reserve funds to balance revenue losses due to the weak economy. Denver Receives $6 million Grant to Improve Community Energy Efficiency The City of Denver will receive $6,079,500 from the U.S. Department of Energy to improve community energy efficiency through its Greenprint Denver programs.
