Joining Denver's civic leadership is the first-ever elected City Clerk, and three new City Council members. The highlight of the ceremony, held at the Denver Arts Complex's Buell Theatre, was the Mayor's Inaugural Address setting out the framework for challenging Denver residents to make a commitment to keeping Denver a national model of urban renaissance.
