Candidate Statement
I owe the opportunities in my life to my great public education. Every student deserves the same opportunities that Denver's Public Schools provided me. DPS has made reforms that are making real progress, but there is so much more to do to help all of our schools and students to be successful. It calls on me to do something more; to become a policy maker with the experience, courage, knowledge and passion for Denver's public school kids.
