This month's episode is hosted by Detective John White and features Officer Kevin Lippard on patrol in northeast Denver's District Two. Officer Lippard handles a variety of calls, including a standoff between a homeless man and a stray dog; the robbery of a street vendor; and pursuit of an on-the-run suspect. The August program also includes a segment on the city's first traffic signal by DPD Historian Sgt. Chris Hoag, and the continuing story of police recruit Jessica Schultz as she performs at the firing range.
