The Community Collaborative Partnership Centers (CCPCs), formerly known as Family to Family Denver, work in partnership with Denver Human Services (DHS) to provide services to Denver's low-income community. In a collaborative effort with other service providers, we help families work toward stabilization and long-term self-sufficiency. The CCPCs offer a variety of support services to those people in need who are referred by DHS or a community partner.
We offer emergency and self-sufficiency services and resources such as:
- Basic necessities;
- Educational assistance, job training, transportation, work clothing, and tools;
- Case management self- sufficiency plans;
- Helping customers apply for public assistance and other benefits;
- Recruiting and supporting foster and kinship parents;
- Advocating for families during Team Decision Making (TDM) meetings
