Welcome to the Classification and Compensation section of Career Service Authority. The mission of the Classification and Compensation section is to develop and maintain the classification and compensation plans for all employees to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, and to assist with the recruitment and retention of highly qualified staff. The goal of the classification and compensation plan is to provide the City the ability to attract, recruit, develop, and retain highly qualified, customer-focused employees.
