E-Review: Land Use Projects Select this link when you are submitting documents in support of applications for Vacations, Major Encumbrance Permits (aka Type A), Easement Relinquishments, Utility Plan Review, and other minor Land Use Projects.
E-Review: New Development Project Reviews Select this link to be transferred to our web site for uploading plan review studies and plans (or downloading comments and redlines) related to Survey and/or Engineering Plan Reviews or Permits that support e-review. Examples that would be transmitted at this site include: Concept Site Plans, Storm & Sanitary Studies/Plans, Transportation Engineering Plans, Legal Descriptions, Subdivision Plats, etc.
Electronic submittals to the Community Planning and Development Department are not accepted at this time.
