CITATION DISPUTES –To contest a ticket  you must settle through the Magistrates office.  Once a citation is issued, it cannot be disputed with the Vehicle Control Agent (VCA) that issued the ticket or with the Right Of Way Enforcement (ROWE) office.  You will be referred to the County Court Magistrate. 

Effective Immediately, when a ticket is issued on a private lot and the complainant is wanting the ticket dismissed, he/she must submit to the court (Parking Magistrate’s Office) a written request on their company’s letterhead, along with the complainant's signature and a copy of the original ticket.  This is so we can compare the signature.  We will honor the complainant's request by dismissing the ticket and we will leave it up to Enforcement if they want to continue issuing tickets when called upon.  If you have any questions, please contact the Denver County Court Parking Division.
