Broadway - 16th to 20th Roadway
 Reconstruction of the entire five southbound lanes of Broadway with concrete pavement and upgrades to traffic signal systems, including a pilot program for “count down” pedestrian signals. Mainline paving was completed during a critical 3 month summer window between major downtown events with minimal disruption to pedestrians and businesses. Project received the American Public Works Association Project Award for “Outstanding Project in the Streets and Traffic Category” this last January. It has also been nominated by CastleRock Construction for a national award from the Concrete Pavement Association.
