West 11th Avenue Lipan to Kalamath (10th & Osage TOD)

General Statement of Work
Reconstruct approximately 385 linear feet of 11th Avenue between Lipan St. and Kalamth St.. Project consists of
removal of asphalt mat, concrete pavement, curb and gutter and sidewalk; earthwork, reconditioning subgrade, asphalt
paving, curb, gutter and sidewalk; signing and striping. Drainage work includes the installation of inlets, pipes and
manholes. Landscaping and sprinker system adjustments will be necessary on the north side of 11th Ave. New
landscaping, pedestrian ammenities, and a sprinkler system will be installed between 11th Ave. and the parking lot. The
north-south concrete alley will be constructed with concrete pavement. The existing parking area south of 11th Ave. will
receive an asphalt overlay, new concrete driveway, and be delineated with a curb head. The existing traffic signal at 11th
and Kalamath will be removed and replaced.
