Emergency and non-emergency vehicle companies file an application with a schedule of the base rates and hours of availability of the licensee. A medical vehicle service must file a description of each vehicle with identifying information on the vehicles and the owners of the company. A list of personnel is to be provided at the time of application and renewal. The Environmental Health Department inspects emergency vehicles, but not non-emergency vehicles. Each emergency and non-emergency vehicle is required to have a sticker which is issued by the department.
