All interested parties are hereby given notice that the City and County of Denver, the Board of Environmental Health will hold a public rule-making hearing to consider Rules and Regulations Governing Food Producing Animals Article II of the Charter of the City and County of Denver and in Section 8-91, Denver Revised Municipal Code.
The hearing will be held at the at the meeting of the Board of Environmental Health (BEH) at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2011 at 200 W. 14th Avenue, 2nd floor, Grand Mesa conference room. Any change to meeting location will be posted prior to the meeting on the BEH website (www.denvergov.org/health-environment).
Please notify us online at BEH@Denvergov.org of your intent to speak at the public hearing no later than Wednesday, September 7, 2011 and/or submit comments in writing to BEH@Denvergov.org by September 7, 2011. Comments can also be mailed or hand delivered to Department of Environmental Health (DEH), Administration Office, Attention Donna Girtin, 200 W. 14th Avenue, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80204-2732 no later than September 7, 2011.

All interested parties are hereby given notice that the City and County of Denver, the Board of Environmental Health will hold two public rule-making hearings to consider a proposed amendment to Rules and Regulations Governing Establishment of Animal Service Fees Article II of the Charter of the City and County of Denver and in Section 8-5, Denver Revised Municipal Code. These 2011 amendments add a fee related to a Lifetime Pet License: see Section 8-65, page 6, and fee for issuance of a restricted livestock or fowl license: see Table 1.
