Residential Value Trends By Neighborhood
This form shows you how property values have changed in your neighborhood since the last property re-appraisal in 2001. Included with your 2003 Notice of Valuation is a page of information regarding the sales of properties similar to yours which were used in calculating your new 2003 property value. On that page, you will find a category on the left side of the page called "NBHD/NBCL", with a code next to it. The first four numbers of that code represent your neighborhood. Look down the list of code numbers on the left side of the form to find yours, and the information regarding property values in your neighborhood will be listed there. If you would like to search for specific home values in your immediate neighborhood or on your own block, you can click on Real Property Records located near the bottom of the yellow frame just to the left. This will take you to a searchable database.
