Income and Expense - Office Buildings
Income and Expense forms are critical for establishing accurate commercial and industrial real property values by gauging prevailing market rent and expense levels, as required by Colorado Revised Statutes §39-5-119. Three of the forms apply to specific commercial uses, including Hotel, Non-Franchise Hotel/Motel and Office Buildings. The two other forms apply for General Commercial and General Industrial for all other filings.
