Affidavit for Individual Property Owner
This form should be filed with Treasury should an appeal to the BOCC result in a refund of taxes. This form should not be filed if your taxes were paid by a lender. This form is for individuals. Businesses should use the form titled "Affidavit for Corporate or Business Property Owners."
