Customer service

RTD is a fixed route system with all buses being accessible. All bus stops in the Downtown are accessible as well as all buses. Some bus stops outside of downtown can be difficult to access. Access-a-ride clients can ride as well, all buses are accessible.

Accessible to people with Disabilities on a pre-approved basis. Will honor out of town travelers with proper or similar credentials for 21 days

Trip: downtown/ DIA is $19. Yellow Cab will honor $19 trip charge for a disabled patron but the reservation must come through Super Shuttle, so try and schedule ahead of time, and call S.S.
