Jan Wilcox - Lead 911 Operator

I have been with Denver 911 since January of 2001.  I started as a 911 Operator after performing different jobs in the insurance industry and retail.  In May of 2005 I promoted to Lead Agent where I take part in the training process of newly hired employees.  I enjoy training in the classroom and helping both the new agents and the established agents progress in their skills as 911 operators.  This truly is the best job I have ever had!
