Public Notice is hereby given of the names, addresses, and amounts of delinquent personal property taxes for the year 2010, not paid as of August 31, 2011 with interest and penalties to September 30, 2011, that unless said delinquent tax, delinquent interest, and fee is paid on or before September 30, 2011, the Personal Property UPON WHICH SUCH TAXES WERE LEVIED SHALL BE SUBJECT TO DISTRAINT, SEIZURE, AND SALE.
THESE LISTS INCLUDE ALL DELINQUENCIES OF PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2010 ONLY. TAX DELINQUENCIES FOR PRIOR YEARS CHARGED AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE SETTLED WITH THE TREASURER AT TIME OF PAYMENT OF 2010 TAX.
